Yoga

Instructed by Amber Strauch, a trained Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. Beginners are always welcome! Classes are taught in a very relaxing, supportive, positive, non-competitive environment.
You do not have to be flexible and fit to attend yoga classes, but if you wish to become more flexible, fit, relaxed, and improve your health and wellness, yoga may be for you. Check out the Community Calendar for the yoga schedule.
